heavier than previous model but it is hard to feel. Metal tank and slimmer seat add comfortable body fitting with the machine. Engine is supposed to be same but feel smoother and quicker in response. Power output start mildly from low rpm. The new ride-by-wire and max power&torque output eliminates the weight gained.

Suspension is front in cartridge and rear refined. Suspension move is smooth and enables to feel the grip from start. Even on rough road it moves fine. With this new suspension and controllable engine makes this new DUKE390 a beginner friendly sport bike.

Engine is same as the previous model but max power and torque output at lower rpm make it easier to control. Truss frame is newly designed and seat rail is bolted on.

Rider's seat is narrowed in front for better foot positioning and knee grip. Passenger's seat is wider and lowered to better body weight movement.

Upside down front suspension is now cartridge. Better road gripping at all speed range.

LED Taillight is fitted in tail cowl. Blinker and license plate light are LED as well. Grab bar is replaced with handle on side of passenger seat.

Seat height is 30mm heigher to previous model but newly designed seat with softer cushion keep the
riding height almost the same. Seating position moved a little to the front but body is easy to move while sport riding. In the image below, in green is the positioning of the previous model and in gray is the positioning of the new DUKE390.
