Released at last year's Milan Show, the new 2017 KTM DUKE390 is a decedent of 1290 SUPERDUKE. Sharp LED Headlights, TFT Color meter panel, ride-by-wire, the new DUKE390 is equipped with new technologies.

Powerful single cylinder engine on a compact chassis, DUKE390 is all rounder fun sport naked. 10kg
heavier than previous model but it is hard to feel. Metal tank and slimmer seat add comfortable body fitting with the machine. Engine is supposed to be same but feel smoother and quicker in response. Power output start mildly from low rpm. The new ride-by-wire and max power&torque output eliminates the weight gained.

All newly developed in total different machine

Suspension is front in cartridge and rear refined. Suspension move is smooth and enables to feel the grip from start. Even on rough road it moves fine. With this new suspension and controllable engine makes this new DUKE390 a beginner friendly sport bike.

RIDING POSITION

Seat height is 30mm heigher to previous model but newly designed seat with softer cushion keep the
riding height almost the same. Seating position moved a little to the front but body is easy to move while sport riding. In the image below, in green is the positioning of the previous model and in gray is the positioning of the new DUKE390.
